KOLAR GOLD FIELDS

This is a place situated in the south east of Karnataka, in Kolar District, this once upon a time a forest, and in the year 1880 A.D., there was a scope for this place as there was a source of Gold and this was utlised by the Bristish people, that a Man called as John Taylor, had research in this place and found, that there was a gold and decided that this would have,  a industries to take this gold out from the under-ground and this then had further, development to have equipments and other required things to start the mines. So the mines was started in the 1880 A.D. and the people who worked here were from the state of Tamil Nadu, and they were hard working, and that too, from North and South Arcot, and this made the people little relaxed for their income, still there are tamil people speaking in majority in this place. And all other language people are also here, and they are multi-language. And all are like brothers and also all the  major religion are also here, and all the religious festivals are also been, celebrated here And this would be joy in each and every festival, and people are in a joyous mood during these festivals, namely, All souls day,( Kalarai thirunall )Venketeshperumal Chariot (poo Theru). Mayana Kollai, celebrated by the Eunuchs. This would bring all a good festival mood, people used to share there food and other programmes, during all the religious festivals, without having bar in languages or other systems. This place was once called as Mini England, and all the places are having the names English people. Here this place is been famous, because of the ancestors, and the education were of English standards, so the teachers also dedicated there lives for the sake of the common people and there education. They had given good education and spent time for the future generation.  And also this book also refers all the teachers of this place that the land of Gold, who had dedicated there lives for the sake of the local people. And hence I thank all the citizens of KGF who given a hard labour, for this Golden land to stand firm, in midst of other places, the students who have studied here have given a good reputation about this place throughout the world. Still some have given their lives for this land  and the nation as well. For example in the under-ground, many have lost their precious lives, when the mines was first started, and then also. I respect and bow my head for their for sincere dedication, towards the land and  the nation. I thank all the officials, dignitaries, teachers and the people of this land. Hats Off

ST MARYS SCHOOL

On 1889, out of efforts of Britishers St. Mary Church which is presently called as Victory church which is behind Champion Railway Station It was constructed using Italian Architecture. A “Potato Shaped” base was made & a Cross was built on that, there are twins bell tower. A lot of Arts can be seen within the Church. It was so high windows are bigger with glass. The Status found inside the Church were made with Roman Technology & also a lot of Arts were made in church. Residential Buildings were constructed near to the church for stay of Non Sisters. Tamil School were there. It served for more than Half a Century. On 23.01.1952 the whole Church was collapsed, because of the Rock Burst at Mysore Mines. It was maintained by Britishers, Italians & other Europeans. Later a new Church was constructed with latest technology to withstand Rock Burst with the support of Public & was

Reopened to public on 02/05/1953 by Arch Bishop Thomas from Bangalore. Now one more Church next to old church it is constructed with all Latest technology available.

I WAS STUDIED IN ST MARYS HIGH SCHOOL my education 1st to 10th standard and my teachers some of the teachers in Primary & High School are Mrs. Tekla, Mrs mary, Mrs. Arockiamary, Mrs. Yasodha, Mrs Pushpa, Sister Violet Rev. Fr. Baliah, Principal victor , Mr. Amalananthan, Mr. Susainathan, Mr. A. David , Mr.G. David,Mr. Anthuraj, Mr. Valar, Mr. Charles, Mr. Bose, VenkataRao was a Head master at St Marys High School Mr. L.A. Joseph who was a Tamil Literate lived in ‘D’ Block in Champion area. He was my Teacher Mr. Arockidoss, Mrs. Padmaja, Mrs. Saroja, Mrs. Jecintha, Mr. Yesupatham, Mr. sl.Divyanathan, Mr. Gnanapragasm, Mr. Arulraj, Mr. Nathar, Mr. Dhanasegar, Mr. Nandeeshappa, Mr. Baskar Reddy , Mr. Robert, Mr. Bernard,mani.,manjunath  MR narayanappa,MR velankani ,MR yasupadam,MR gnanaraj MR simon  principal victor MR venkataroa  I was sponsored by Mr. Theodore, the Liberian from

Canada for my Primary to High School level , I am very thankful to him also.

From  the year 1972 to 1984, I had education from 1^st to 7std, that is primary and middle school. And I had been studying in the Mariya Vidhyalaya. And who had education in the school are still in a good position around the world and still are been in my heart. The

experience in this school was a golden period and the nature of living cannot be forgotten. And this was very good for our life. Still  we cannot, forget this experience. And this also remembered by all The moral class, the drill that is the exercise was to be conducted  regularly. This was very helpful for our developments, we still

remember my old teachers, and as I want to honor them, hence I am trying to award them a gift of honor by, providing them a certificate  on my behalf our my Trust, industry, Human rights. This is would my  gratitude, for their sincere service. I am trying to arrange them together, I do not know it would be possible. But I hope everything should go well for their function. Hence I hope, that I may meet each of them in their residence and meet each and every one. I do not know how many I may meet, but as a mark of my respect and gratitude, I shall do my best for them.

My high  school life, that is from 1980 to 1984. I was studying in the St Mary’s boy’s high school, in champion reef, and near Anderson pet. . And I also rendered  my sincere regards  to my teachers. And they were also very good,  and kind when I was in this school, still I could not forget them, because they have done their  best, for our education. The foundation has made me to remember still now and also I am  in touch with them in face book. And I still could not forget those days, as this has effected my life. That those golden days, and moments are still in my mind and remembering them till today. Hence the school life affects our life only during in the school life. Still I remember them all, and could not forget them as they have put us in good position. I am thank full and grateful for my teachers. 

THE JOY OF TEARS, GIVES BIRTH TO A STORY AFTER 44 YRS. BETWEEN A STUDENT AND A TEACHER.

 After my school education, I had been to a diploma in X-ray training, because of my hard work,. And also Lab-Technician. I had hard work and faced difficult situations and after some time I had a little settlement in my life, but as the days passed I had been also completing, the experience in Cinematography, in mean time I had completed RMP, and then slowly practiced Diploma in Journalism, and after that I was also had an interest in writing books, hence I had been author for 10 books, and I had been involved in Acting, and other sections in Cinematography, directing, production, writing, screen play. As I had involved in the social activities I had been awarded with some of the Doctorates, and Honoree Doctorates, which numbered to 160 awards, as I was in  medical field, I had conducted more than 78 free Medical camps,  and I was awarded as Plan Therapist. Not only this I had also constructed a Bus Shelter, with a free reading room, in memory of my Parents.    And so I had an experience in these fields, on my own. And as I had a desire to honor my school teachers, both primary and High school, I had to work hard to get the information  of them and  to have a profile of them and  the school I had studied and hence had a liking to honor them  with a certificate. And hence I had collected all the information about them and then been to their houses ,so I had an idea of honoring with our Trust and Organizations such as UHRO( Unity Human Rights Organization), KGF Cinema Association, Golden Valley Productions, MDPC Creations, M.D. Pragasam Charitable Trust, M.D. Pragasam Chandra Group of Institution and  KGF X-Ray ECG lab Diagnostic. So I had approached my Old teachers to Honor them with these Trusts and Organizations. So, as they are aged I had been to their houses, I thought of arranging a Function and do so, due to their health conditions, as they could not travel due to their I had Personally, met them in their residence, as I met them I had a never forgettable experience, through this documentary, As I had been there they never forgot my name, they called by name and they felt happy, with tears of joy they welcomed me and they shared a lot of time with me talking about the school of the past and the experiences of the school life, and the friends and students, and they blessed me also. They started to talk of their family and shared all the moments they had with the students. They had given me a treat, in every house, with a kiss and a bless. So, I  was also impressed by their experience, they even told that me going there was a joyful experience as, student meeting after 44 yrs leaving the school, is a new experience, and this made me very happy and had a sympathy, and some even shed tears, and my eyes was also in tears and I was convinced, some of them are not alive. When I had posted on the Face-book, many had thanked me and also wished me more success, in working like this. So, this experience meeting my old teachers gave me a good result. And also an encouraging experience by many who still send me their E Mails. So, I  thanked them when they made me to grow, I had grown and after my growth I want to meet them, this I could not forget in my life, which many would have not got, and hence this I thank all the teachers, who very simple, co-operative, thankful and encouraged me a lot, with their blessings. 

HONOURING MY TEACHERS 2016

R.SUSAINATHAN MASTER

 This is Master  Susai Nathan, he was my English in Mariya Vidhayalaya school,  he is around 89 yrs, when I had been to his house, to honor him, he had welcomed with a kiss, and also had respected me also, as his habit. And also he was very happy, and made me seated,. When he asked me about the matter, I had explained that I had been there to honor him, he was delighted. I asked him, his profile and his experience about the students, he explained  his experience, and how hard it was for him in those days, He had sacrificed his life for the student, he had in his mind to work for the students, and he also knew that the people here, that is Kolar Gold Fields , that is the underground life.,  very poor and were honest also. So, he decided to stay here and worked  for the students future,  may be less salary was less, but he had been very strict, for he well being of every  student. And also call the parents, and inform them about there developments, not only he was strict, but used to kiss or hug them. The students used to fear him, but at the same, many have been in a good position, still some of the students meet and talk, some call through  the phone, so still there is contacts, the students who studied by him are in good position, not only in India, but abroad as well. So, his hard work has brought many students to a good position.

He also felt happy when students used to meet him, and also he was wept in tears, remembering his old experience. And also he shared about his family also. And I had given him  a  Certificate and I took leave of him after having his blessings. 

Sir, I thank you for spending a few minutes with me, I  hope the other students would also see and remember you, I am very thankful and grateful to you sir, Thank you a Lot,.

G.DAVID MASTER

He is Master G. David, He was also a senior most teacher, he is also 89 yrs, when I was studying in Mariya Vidhayalaya school; he was science teacher .  he was very soft by nature, he used to pinch slowly, I had been to his house to meet him, he also welcomed me with love, he told me to take interview as I liked and he was also happy for me meeting him, he showed some of his photos, and also had a old memory of his experience and also his colleagues, who had with him, he gave some of his photos, and had a good talk with me. What all I had asked he had answered, he felt proud of old students meeting him, he also has tears in his eyes, while I was sharing my experience also with him, he felt joy as some of the students meeting him including. And also his sacrifice his life also for the wellbeing  of the students, he also meant that the people of KGF were very poor, so He had put his effort for the development of the student community, he had chat for a long time, he had given a brief detail , for what I had asked him,  and this was very useful for me also. I  that handed over the certificate of Honor  to him and took leave of him having his blessings. 

Sir, I thank you for sharing a lot of information, with me I am very happy and gifted for sparing your precious time with me. I thank you for having teachers like you. Thank you Sir.

A.ANTHURAJ MASTER

He is Master Anthraj, He was my Middle school Head Master, in Mariya Vidayalaya School, he was the most worked hard to construct this school, he was very strict, and he used to punish the students very severly, that the students should work hard and get good marks, and hence he knew the situation of every student, so the students were to study hard and he forced every one to study he would never let them go  with learning, he was my Social Studies teacher, and he was very kind And simple also. He was strict when the students were not in full uniform, and he was strict in having the students hair cut, when they never used to cut the hair, he would make them have their cutting on the spot, and this he maintained for every unless they were in proper uniform. He was a Master of discipline and so people respected him, he is no more, but his hard work had made many to come out in a good status, the students still keep his name were ever they are, in and around the world, in a good position. I had went to meet him but he was no more, so I had handed over the Certificate of Honor to his brother G. David,  I had a few talk with him and remembered his memories, and discussed his habit and his moral for a keen school life. I had handed the Certificate and left the place. I thank him and his family for giving me a good response for the lost Master.  

MS.VINCENT JOSEPH MASTER

Master Vincent Joseph, M.S. He  was the Teacher in the St Mary’s High School, but I  was not I the school when he was the Teacher, but to say about his experience, is that I had been to tuition to his tutorials, and many used to come and he used to take the classes in batches, and many had been to him, in this place KGF, and so maximum students had been to tuition , and  he was very strict also and kind in teaching and he used to give very good Morals and he was well educated person he was perfect in teaching, he was also social worker, for education he helped many students and used to adjust with them. He was very well worse in the history of this Golden land KGF. He had given preference for education. And he was also respected by many. He used to explain many about the KGF, he has done many for this land, in which he been appreciated through out the world, through his face-book and other medias, by his information. He used educated many in view of this land. I cannot forget him as he had taken care when I had been to tuition, I respect him a lot and also honor him. As I remember to this very day, as I am to this status, he is also one of the reason.

I have his Certificate of honor for him, as he is in  Bangalore, and sometimes in America also. I thank him a lot from my bottom of my heart for his good career and care towards me. He is one of an important person in this land KGF.

VENKATA RAO MASTER

He is Master Venkat Roa, he was also the Head Master of St Mary’s high School, and he is no more and I had been with the Certificate of Honor, but he was no more. I am waiting for his address, I would try to give it as soon as possible. Still students remember because of his strictness and his humble nature.

BASKARA REDDY MASTER

 

Master Basker Reddy, and was in St Mary’s Boy’s high school, he was my science teacher, for biology and chemistry, teacher, he  knew only Kannada, but would teach us very clear to make us understand. He used to teach us in Tamil, only with few words, and was also very kind and we still remember him for his good teaching.

MANJUNATHA HEGDE MASTER

He is Master Manjunath Hegde  in St Mary’s High School, and he was drawing Master and he is to teach very  clearly, he used to draw on the board and we used to be astonished and he was also very kind  and very humble and he was calm and joking, this would  make us happy and he was interested in teaching us in that way that we should also draw like him this would make us more encouraging. He was also newly appointed when I had been to the school. I would like to give his Certificate of Honor as soon as possible. I thank him a lot for his good experience.  

A.THECLA TEACHER

She is Teacher A. Thecla she was my first std teacher. She used to teach with love, and used to sing a song with dance with acting , and teach the letters, and then I had been to meet her. She  also welcomed me  with love  and affection. So she asked me , why I had come, so I had explained her why I had been to her. So she felt very much happy and talked for a while. She told about her health conditions and about her life and I also asked some the questions, and I ha d asked about her profile and other experiences, she shared a lot , when we were in the age of five, how difficult it was to teach children, she had shared a lot of experiences she  had with children of that age.

So, she felt much because, after a long time at least you remember me and also I knew your mother and also she  was having felt her old memories, she prayed for me and also informed during my departure you all should come and share the sorrow, and she also experience  my meeting. So she blessed me as student still remember me  as well  she told. She told in a full heart she made me to shed tears. This gave me a new experience of my  old teachers. In her ill health also she spared her time for me I am very much thank full to her. Then I had given the  Certificate, and she  received with  tears of happiness

AROKIA MARY TEACHER

She is teacher Arokia mary, she was my 2^nd school teacher, she was also very kind and also strict, she used to teach with a moral and she used to kiss the  children some time. She used to teach lesson with songs, she used to make us understand, we used to sing the songs at home also. When I had been for the interview she welcomed with a smile and she kissed me And hugged me and also answered me all the question for my documentary. She also told about her family, she shared all as a family member.

And when I gave the certificate of honor, she hugged me with tears and received it with a kiss. She also felt happy and I had took leave from her.

Madam I am very thankful, for your kindness and sharing a lot of time with me and you love. Thank you madam.]

DHIVYANATHAN MASTER

He is Master S. L. Divya Nathan , he was my Math’s teacher, he would very strict and he was very good in teaching, and he used to be very strict, with a low salary he had spent a lot time for the people of KGF, and  I had been for his profile for my documentary, he welcomed and gave a lot of information and share a lot of I experiences and he had in his school life as a teacher, he was  kind and also very strict during school days.  He gave me all the information I required , and shared a lot of experiences,

He also shared about his family and also his accident, he felt very happy, as no had met before like this, and I had give the Certificate of honor and came out with his blessings. I thank him a lot for his, kindness and time . Sir I thank you for sharing a lot of time And giving a brief  information of the past school life. So I am thankful and would be also in future for your kindness, thank you sir,  

GNANAPRAGASAM MASTER

He is master Gnanpragasam  with me, He had worked in many schools, He was also the teacher in St Mary’s high School . he was interested in educating the poor students and was also more caring towards each and every student and he was also had a very experience in teaching profession,. He used to teach us English. So, I had been to Honor, and he shared a few minutes of talk of our old experience in the school, he shared about why he was as a teacher, he also shared about in how difficulties he had faced and he told me that he had worked for the wellbeing of all the students and he was interested and  had took a lot of time for the students and he was liking to stay  in KGF. And so I had been shared many old memories and he was very sad also. But he was very nice when talking  to me. And I had given the Certificate of Honor, and he was very happy while receiving it and he took with a smile, and he told that you had come to me, you had very thank full, I liked your gratitude, and he spent a lot of time saying  that students like you have given a good name for the school and me he told , and then I took leave of him.

ROBERT MASTER

He is Master Robert he was also in St Mary’s Boy’s High School, he was the science master, he was also very strict and he had a good service motivation, we used to be  scared of him and he used to care in teaching us a good lesson and when I had been to his house for the documentary, and the I had questioned him, why all the students are afraid of You?  To give a good education and students should care the studies and fear would make them more interesting in studies, this is the reason I was very strict, but as for me many were been used by this and still remember me. And not only that poor students should come up and save their family and so I took many steps that is to  be strict, , many have fulfilled my ambition, many poor families in KGF have come up. This led the students for a good education. Still all the old student remember me, and still have a talk to me and also say a good word with me. I am also happy that you had come for interview for this documentary.

And then I had handed over the Certificate of Honor to him, he had liked and received happily, he spared a lot time with in spite of  his other programmes. I thank him a lot .

LAWRENCE MASTER

He is Master Lawrence, he was also the teacher in the St Mary’s High School, he was my Maths teacher and also NCC master, he  was a very good master and he was very strict and took more care on students. He took us to Bangalore to Mariya Niketen School for NCC  camp and He took a very good care for us, I still remember that instant.  As I had been to his house,  he was not interested when I had been to his house and was not so much satisfied as he told he was not prepared, but I had given the Certificate of Honor, and then I had got only a shot in this photo, but I had given and left, without the  interview for the documentary.

Sir I thank you a lot for your sincere service and your interest and for your  service motivation.

AGNES TEACHER

This is Miss Agnes she was teacher in St Mary’s primary School, in English medium, and she very sincere and she was very kind, she was interested in good education and He was very honest, I am proud of having teacher like her, who was service motivated and I had been there and she also accepted our request and had shared a few minutes with us, and I Had also felt happy to meet her. And she gave a good interview, she was going somewhere in spite of this , she spared some time and then with tears she had accepted the Certificate and

I was also nervous after meeting her. I took leave of her.

AROKIYA DOSS MASTER

 He is Master Arokia dass, he was in St Mary’s Boy’s High school, he was my English master, he used spent a lot of time for the students and he took many steps for the student development, he was very strict and used to spend time , that is he used to come in time before and used to teach English and he spent a lot of time, for good hand writing, and he used to talk in English, so as to students should improve their English language, still He remembers my name he, was very loving and when I had been there he gave me the interview in English, he used to spend time for all the students apart from school hours. His language, was very neat and particularly His English was very good, so he took more interest in hand writing, he is one of the reason that students have good hand writing and good English speaking skill, is that because of him. I thank him a lot for his kindness in spending time with me for the documentary.

Sir I thank you very much for spending a lot of time with me and sharing a few moments about the past, as some still are in good position because of you. I still remember your interest in your English teaching and care towards the students. Thank you Sir.  

BOSE MASTER

He is Master Bose, who was Tamil Master, in the Mariya Vidhayalaya. . He was very strict and used to beat, and he was also very good and calm, he used to teach us in sports, and he very loving with all and he was interested in educating the poor and to give a chance for their development. He use to help the poor students to come up in life. We came in good education. When I had been to his house, He welcomed me in good loving mood and was also happy when he saw me and he shared a lot with me. And one of the point he mentioned is that, I scolded you and hit you because you should come in good education, those who see this please do not mistake me , I was strict because you have to come up, so I am pleased with this interview, because you still you remember me and had come to me. So, he shared a lot he was busy going out, but he took a little time and shared a lot with  me. And I was very happy with his approach. I thank him a lot and I am very grateful for his hard work and good Memories. I gave him the Certificate of honor and he was in tears and kept that in his pooja room, this gave me a good encouragement , I had given and took leave .

PADMAJA TEACHER

This is Madam Padamaja, my Hindi teacher in St Mary’s Boy’s High school, she was very good and very kind towards the students, and he was interested in special care towards students and we used to respect her a lot. She used to teach this language, in a special care. When I had been to her house, she told about the old students and was very happy, in telling that my old students still remember me , and taking interest in  meeting and visiting me. This made  her very happy and she was also in tears when she narrated the old memories. I had given the Certificate of Honor, she was very happy, and praised me and thanked me for what I taken for her, she also spent a lot of time with me , and was sharing her time for the interview. I thank her a lot for her kindness. And  had given the Certificate and left.

MANI MASTER

He  Master  Mani , he was my Maths teacher in St Mary’s Boy’s high School. He came a Farmer family, and had worked hard in KGF and he stayed in a small place. He used to share his difficulties to everyone and then teach, meaning that students should not trouble their parents and then he was interest in teaching the student  with a special care. This is still been remembered by all the students and this is a very good memory. Students still remember him for his hard work , I had been to his room, he made seated in his tuition room, he shared a lot of the old memories, and  then he spoke of his

Family and then he was very happy in seeing be and then He  was very good when I had been for the interview. a lot of time he had spent with me. I thank him a lot for his kindness and care towards me and took a lot of  trouble for giving me the interview. I thank him for his kindness and I had give the Certificate of honor and he was very happy  and treated me well. He showed me a book he had a written, he hs written two books regarding the studies of maths Book for 8^th and 9^th standards. He had received a lot of Certificates and awards for various institutions, from Government of Karnataka, and other state awards, he  showed me this , I thank him for his good behavior and teaching. I had given the certificate and Left him and came. Sir I thank you a lot , and I pray that you should receive, the National Award as you desired and this was very happy for me and all other Students. ANTHONEY JAYAKUMAR TEACHER

He is master Anthony Jayakumar, he was the P.T. Master when I had studied, St Mary’s Boy’s High School. He had studied in this school and he became the Master here.  Through him many students had come forward by receiving many sports awards and he was very keen in that he encouraged many students for District Level and State level sports and I   was also very happy about him  He had given a good interview with me. And shared a lot with me. I thank him a lot for kind co-operation towards me thanking you Sir

 A.DAVID MASTER

He is Son of  Master  A. David , he is Mr Suresh,  he was my English teacher, and I had remember his memories with his son, about his teaching, he used teach in a  very loud voice, so that  the students , would not have other concentration. He use to make everyone understand. He was very kind and Very gentle also. This had happened when I want to give the certificate, I had contacted his son because, I did not know his father was dead.

Then when I had called for him, I knew that the Master was no more, so his son came to me and then I had given him the Certificate of Honor for the Late, remembering his memories. He also felt happy, for the old students remembering him. He also thanked me for this certificate and then was happy. He told me, So I thanked him for receiving the certificated, as he came and collected the certificate.  I thanked him and took leave of him.  

NATHER MASTER

Master Nathan, he was my Tamil teacher , non-detail, it was in St Mary’s boys high School, He was soft and also very strict, he was explaining very clearly, for example he explained that “PONAR MENIYENAE”, this was a poetry, still I remember this . So the education was very good through him.

I thank you very much I could not meet you, I respect you and honor you sir.  

SIMON PT MASTER

Master Simon, he was  the P.T. Master he used teach us the drill, he used to teach this Pyramids, scouts and other sports activities . He used to separate according to houses, such as Red house, Blue house, Yellow house and Green House, so I was in the Yellow house, but always the Red house used to win all the competitions, but this master used top encourage us, then we used to go for the other activities. This experience I could not forget. This I still remember this master. May he is no more, but I still remember his encouragement  all  the students for the sports activities. He was  the Scouts Teacher. I was also in scouts because of his encouragement. I  have his Certificate of Honor, for him I hope some one can receive this mark of gratitude for him.

Sir, I thank for your  encouragement in all the sports activities. I remember you still in my life. I respect you Sir. Thank you.  

NANDEESAPPA MASTER

He is Master Nandisappa , he was the science teacher, in the St Mary’s Boy’s High School. He was very soft , he used to teach in a very slow method, many would be silent. He do not tamil, but he used to try to teach in tamil, all the students would maintain silence. And then he was attached towards the students. His class would be very joky, and was also encouraging. The class would be very enjoying during his period.  

Sir I have your Certificate for you also. I thank you for your good co-operation with us during the class and the memories of your teaching still we remember. Sir I thank you very much.  

YESUPATHAM MASTER

Master Yesupatham, he was the English Teacher, he was in the St Mary’s boy’s high school, he was God fearing , and his class would be also nice. He used to  teach the awareness about the politics, he used to use morals in his subject. He was strict and would tell us to pray, and used  to teach us Social studies also, he was very good in teaching and used to make us under stand the subject . He used give the exam paper to the students, and make it correct, and then he used to give marks.

Sir I thank you very much for your education and teaching and  you were very kind to us. This I still remember, you , I thank you a lot for your sincere service, and your advice. Thank You Sir.

BERNERD MASTER   

This is Master Bernard, he was Maths teacher in the St Mary’s high school, he was very strict and would teach us very clearly. He used to conduct music programmes and class, he used to conduct dramas, and also debates. He used to encourage us to learn music and this would be a part of our school studies. This gave many students to learn music and participate many national and state programmes, We learnt many things with this master. We used to fear him a  lot and he was very kind some time, he was very social in mingling with students. But strict when subject is concerned. He never spared any student. I thank him for all his service. Still people talk about him, he is no more, but we still remember him. I thank him a lot for his sincere and honest service towards the students.

LA.JOSEPH MASTER

He is Master L.A. Joseph he was my Tamil teacher, he was in St Mary’s Boys high school, he used give us a very good about the tamil literature. He was strict and also kind also. He used teach every student to learn the tamil language. I  had been for tution to him. He was spending time for education. He was my 8^th std class teacher also.  He was very kind also. I thank him a lot also, for his good habits. And school discipline. I am having certificate for him also.

JESINTHA TEACHER

 

Miss Jacintha,s he was in 1980’s and would taken the tamil non-detail, in the class.she was new during this session, She was  very kind and would teach that the students would understand easily. 

VENKATA RAO MASTER

 

Mr Venkatrao, Head Master, in St Mary’s boys high school, during the period in 1980’s, when I had been studying 8^th std, he was very strict, and everyone would be afraid of him. He used to teach us English as his subject. He was very joky, and also very strict, and would be friendly sometime.

YESHODA TEACHER

she was also a very senior teacher and called as Mrs Yeshodha, and she was also very strict, and she used shout loudly, and teach , so that all would hear, and not sleep in the class, so these type of teaching are still been remembered and in our hearts.

VALAR BROTHER PT MASTER

Master Valar, he was my P.T. Master in my Middle school, that Mariya Vidhayalaya. He was  teaching the sports and drill and give all the sports materials like ball,, bat, etc. he was the giving preference for the sports. He used to take moral class sometimes.. he is no more it is Also painful. I thank him a lot.

NARAYANAPPA MASTER

 

This is Master Narayanappa , he was very strict he used to take  Social Studies as subject, due to his strict, many left the school. ASt Mary’s Boys High School. He was very very strict, and also caring for the students, for their future. I heard that he no more. But I could not forget his good teaching and also the strict he had followed. I thank him also Sir I thank you a lot for your kind service towards our school life,. We remember you a lot. Thank You Sir.

GNANARAJ MGR PT MASTER

Master M. Gnanaraj, called as MGR, and was a P.T. Master, he was in St Mary’s boys high school, he used to sing song and explain. He used to Take the moral class, he used to say all he Bible, he had Taken about Moses in the Bible for about one year, I still remember, he had a very continuation, I still remember his teaching and he is no more, but we had learnt a good Moral. He was very Good towards all the students. Sir I thank you a lot for your Service. I had met you once, but Still I remember you.

MAGLIN TEACHER

She was My teacher, Mrs Magline  who had also taught a moral for our life and used to teach good deed, she never used to talk loudly, and was very kind towards and she was very affectionate towards us. She used to teach us about God and used to teach of Godliness. She was very kind towards our family also and would very easily attached to them. Thanq Teacher

SYSTER

She was also a teacher and as a Nun , she also used to teach us Moral science, she was very kind and she cared more on the dressing style, and also had a special care for the students. She was tendered hearted. And still I remember her and her deeds. 

AMLAR TEACHER

She was my 4^th std teacher, and she was Mrs Amalar, she was also very good to me and other students, she never used to beat us, she was kind to us, still we remember her. We never used to be afraid  of her.

SP. IRUDAYANATHAN

Master S.P. Irudayanathan, he was my maths teacher, he was also very strict, and he was excellent in his subject, and he used to punish us severely if we do not study, had responsibility towards every student.

SYSTER

Sis she was, in the Mariya Vidhayalaya School , she was  very kind and used to request us to come early morning to the Church at 5 am in the morning, she used to give an Apple for the  children who would come in time. She was very kind and affectionate towards children. I thank her also for having love and kindness towards children.

Sis I thank you also. I still remember you. 

ARULMARY TEACHER

She was also a teacher, called Arul Mary, she was also very quiet and finish her portions and would leave. She was also a very good teacher, I  still remember, these loyalties .

MARY TEACHER

Mary Teacher She is my 2^nd std class teacher, Mrs Mary and she was of soft character, she was able to take class for children and she was very much capable, towards small children she was

 very kind enough towards them. I still remember her also.

PUSHPA TEACHER

PushpaTeacher , she was class teacher, for 3^rd Std, she was very soft in nature, she used teach us the lesson by a song. And one of the poem, she used to sing this like a rhyme, In tamil it was like this, “Vellie Nirathoru poonai, than veetilnil valrvathai kandane. This was very easy to learn. And this song is still been remembered. This was may be around in 1975.  

VICTORIA TEACHER

She was Miss Victoria, she was also a teacher, she was very strict, she used to teach good lesson and she would compel, us to complete, the lessons at the same time. She used teach us  in a good way. I still remember  this Teacher, 

KRISHNA MURTHY MASTER

Master Krishna Moorthy, he was my Kannada Teacher, he used have the kannada lesson, he was very good in teaching and he had no knowledge of tamil, but he would teach in tamil as he would know, because we had no knowledge of annada, he was good towards the student and also very easy to share with our lessons.

BALAIAH FATHER

He was Parish priest in Our lady of Victories Church in Champion Reefs. In KGF, he was called as Fr Balaiah, and he was the Principal of our school, and he was the person had produced the film called as “ Infant Jesus”., he used to come for prayer, house to house and once he had come to my house, We were in a bamboo house, (datti house) , I still remember that a scorpion had been there to bite me, but he killed it. With a stick, hence I still remember him and the instance. He was liked by all in our place.

SYS JOHN D BRITO

She was sisterJOHN D BRITO, and she was as Principal for the primary school and she was very strict, and she was take moral class, and was preferring discipline. She used to advice us to go to church, and she used to take us to Mass. This was also my remembrance, she had dedicated her life as a Nun for this service .

R.AMALANATHAN

He was Master R.Amalanathan. R. and he was my 5^th std class teacher,  He was very joking, she used to call me by my father’s name Dharma lingam, he was also dedicated towards his subject, I still remember, him as he was very good to me.

KARATE MASTER

There was also Karate classes for  I had learnt  Karate Classes from him and he taught  us this art and this still we remember him for his dedicated life for this Marshal art.

VELANKANNI MASTER

Master Velangani, he was my social studies master and he was also very joking and would make comedy, and would teach us in a joking manner, everyone would be happy in his class.  He was also very knowledgeable.

SAROJA TEACHER

Miss Saroja, she was kannada Teacher, she used to teach us in a very kind manner, and we would also remember her during the lessons. 

VICTOR MASTER PRINCIPAL

Master Victor, He was the Principal, he was taking Moral class for us, and was very strict, all would fear him and also good to everyone.

DHANASEGAR MASTER

He was my English Nondetail master and he was also very joking and would make comedy, and would teach us in a joking manner, every one would be happy in his class.  He was also very knowledgeable.

 

HN.SREENIVASE MY YOGA MASTER

Master H.N. Srinivas, he was the Yoga Master, when I had a heavy weight in my body  with obesity, he advised, me to reduce my body weight. He took me to one Shivappa Master, so he joined me to the Yoga class, as he a special care on me. So, I am practicing Yoga past ,  8 years and due to his encouragement I had even wrote a book on Yoga, this Master Srinivas, who is a very kind in nature  and  he is the person in KGF,  who had taught  this yoga to many and he is remembered by all. As I too cannot forget his good nature of teaching this Yoga, I thank master Shivappa, and Master Srinivas, and due to his humble nature I like him also. Hence I thank him, because I am healthy, as they had advised I took the remedy and now health. Thank You sir. My regards to him .      

SHIVAPPA MASTER

Master Shivappa, he was my  private Kannada teacher, he taught me Prathama, Madhiyama,. Pravesha, Uthama and Ratna. Where the courses which I had given me a Kannada, this was taught by master Shivappa, who had helped ,me top have the knowledge of kannada, and many have been successful through him, and he was the person who had given an impression that I too can learn this Kannada Language, he had encouraged me to read the Kannada daily, which would give me more experience, many were benefited by his teaching, he was a News reader in KGF channel, Yoga Teacher and also an Advocate, he is a very talented person. He also thanked and wished me all the success, as some would have met him, but he told me that my meeting was different, the approach he liked. And I thank him a lot for his kind co-operation, in what all experience I had with him. Sir I thank you .

They were all our teachers, they have taught us very good, the knowledge I have today is by them, they were the founders for my education and  they were very caring and given special interest towards us, My standard of writing around 10 books of my own is because of them who had strong foundation in my education. I thank them a lot with my whole heart and would never forget them, I have entered in cinema Industry, all my other activities. When I had been for the Interview for honoring the teachers who had been during my education in my childhood  days, gave a pleasant moments and memories, of the past which was discussed and was shared by the teachers, I had a new experience, when I had there speech and tears of love, which had no estimation of value, because it was a valuable which I had with, and when this was posted many had encouraged me and thanked me, some of the medias, then the press media had published about me, without my knowledge, I am thankful for them, I thank all the old students who had also commented and also shared many formations which I had never expected not only from the local, but also around the world and I also thank them from my bottom of my Heart, some of the family member of the teachers had also thanked me and also had encouragement words, which had soothed me a lot., I thank them also, through messages and also in direct. One of the experience was that when I had been there, I could never forget  their love, which they expressed through their happy tears, they still remember some of the school instances which they shared with me, this gave me a consoling moments, which made me to cry also, I found that still there are teachers who had a love and compassion on the students which many would never would have experienced, this had really had an impact on my school days , in which some my school colleagues had shared with me both in person and through messages and also calls, I thank them also for their concern in this matter. The teachers like them would, never had students like us also, this was said by them, so I honor them and respect them still has this was a special experience of a student and a teacher, not only  them I respect all the teachers, who would also have a impact on children. I am happy and thankful to one and all who had shared and given good opinion about the teacher and student interview, in their old age that too after retirement with their grand children. They also shared a lot about their family, and the member also. So, I once again thank one and all who had encouraged me in this experience of honoring and respecting the old teachers.

So, I have concern about the old also aged, as they had a desire of all students to meet them and have a chat with them, as they are aged it was a great happiness and joy when I met them, so I  felt that during ageing all have a like to meet and have a few words with them. So, taking care during the old age is also a blessing, where many have lost it.
